Eldon Celtic JFC (Reading) is a nurturing environment where young players thrive and reach their potential. We train and support athletes aged 5 to 17, and we try to be more than just a football club; we try to empower individuals to make positive choices for their future.

Our focus is elite level coaching, to enhance and develop players. We monitor, support and review performance through our experienced coaches and our match program. We have established connections with local Premier and League clubs, facilitating Cat 1, 2, and 3 trials for players who consistently show the right talent.

If we aren't the right for you, we will try to guide you to a better fit for you, ensuring the best for everyone involved. Our mission is to inspire and support, starting with our dedicated team.

We appreciate every idea and challenge, striving to stay ahead in the game. coaches receive regular development and leadership training to maintain consistency across all teams.
